Dylan O’Brien was born in August 26, 1991 and work now as an American actor. He was born in New York City and grew up in Springfield Towship, Union County, New Jersey before moving with his family to Hermosa Beach, California when he was 12 years old. His father is a camera operator and his mother is a former actress. In 2006, O’Brien began acting, directing and producing his own independent videos, becoming a YouTube star.
As of August 2011, his big break begins as he became Stiles
in the MTV’s series Teen Wolf. He also co-starred in films like High Road, The
First Time with Britt Robertson and Victoria Justice which was also directed by
Jon Kasdan.
When he auditioned for MTV’s Teen Wolf, Dylan make an
agreement first with his parents to set his sights on film school provided he
was selected for the role, seeing that the chances were slim. However, after 4
auditions, O’Brien scored the major role on the show. According to an interview
on the SmodCast Internet Radio show Plus One Per Diem, he was sent a script for
the lead protagonist, Scott McCall. Dylan then reported that he had no prior
knowledge of the 1985 Teen Wolf film, and that after reading the script, he was
right away drawn to the character of Stiles Stilinski, who is the best friend
of main character Scott within the series. After reading the script, O'Brien
spoke to his manager on auditioning for the role of Stiles, which he would go
on to achieve and receive admiration by Producer Jeff Davis, Director Russell
Mulcahy, and get network support.

His cleverness and wittiness brought the viewers of the show
to love him very much. Introducing, Stiles Stilinski is one of the main
character of the most hit series, Teen Wolf. He is the only best friend of
Scott McCall. He has been helping Scott to the various complications facing of
being a werewolf.
Stiles is a student at Beacon Hills High School and the son
of Beacon County’s Sheriff Stilinski. His mother died sometime prior to 2011.
He has never gotten over her death and, for some unknown reason, blames
himself.
Like Scott he was also an outcast before his best friend got
bitten by a werewolf and threw his world into constant chaos. Stiles is a sardonic,
funny and outspoken. He is tremendously clever and has led the way in working
through many of the mysteries of the show.
He is also holds this intense feelings admiration or let’s
just say he’s in love for his fellow classmate Lydia Martin. While they have a
typically antagonistic Parent/Teenager relationship, he loves his father very
much and always worries for his safety. Stiles relationship with the Alpha
werewolf Derek is ill at ease and adversarial. Scenes featuring the two
characters offer some of the funniest moments on the show.
